“We are a Family Farm, but we are cultivating the community”

For over 100 years, Stutzman’s Farm has raised many crops.  However, the most important crop in our view is the young people who have worked and grown up on the farm. Working on Stutzman’s Farm is the first job hundreds of young community members experience and we try to make it positive by teaching them love of the land and good work ethic. It is hard work, but the ones who do it become like our extended family and forever have an attachment to “The Farm”.
