Apples and Produce

Mossflower Farm produces organically grown apples in our three- (and growing!) acre orchard. The Lodis ripen in late August, followed in September and October by Wealthy, Macs, Macoun, Empire, Red and Golden Delicious and Northern Spy, and a small selection of pears. Our heirloom and commercial varieties are expanding.

CHECK OUT our apples and honey on Saturdays and Sundays through September and most of October!

We sell a variety of organic vegetables, such as April’s spinach and lettuces at Bob’s Farm & Garden store in Dover-Foxcroft, and summer vegetables to the Natural Living Center in Bangor. We also supply two Bangor restaurants. Fall vegetables are available at our stand on weekends all of September, most of October, or by calling to schedule pick-up.
