Our Processing Facility In 2005 we constructed a brand new slaughter/processing facility on our farm one mile east of Charleston village on Rt 11A. We have incorporated years of experience and state of the art refrigeration, precise cutting, and wrapping and vacuum packaging with a friendly smile. We continue to increase the number of beef animals at the farm. Currently we have approximately 150 head of beef cattle on feed at all times. Our cattle are fed a complete and nutritious diet, without the use of stimulants or growth hormones. If you buy our beef or pork you will be guaranteed the meat is free of hormones or antibiotics. Beef All of our beef is hung a minimum of 14 days after slaughter before it is processed. This has been proven to improve flavor and tenderness. We also produce most of our own pork using natural feeds. Our customer list continues to grow at a rapid pace, and we are told over and over again that our beef is the “best we have ever had”. We attribute that to the way we raise our animals along with the proper aging process and packaging. Our quality can not be surpassed by any one in the northeastern United States.
